Family Service Hours
To be recognized as a Participating Family, the following service hour requirements are mandatory.
Family Service Hours:
30 Hours (8 Hours Columbus Day Bazaar Mandatory)
Single Parent Family Service Hours:
15 Hours (4.5 Hours Columbus Day Bazaar Mandatory)

| Professional Services or Bulk Donations (Food/Drinks for Events, etc.) | Carpentry, Electrical work, Printing, Cleaning, Technology Assistance, Grant Writing, Photocopying *must be accompanied by an Exchange Agreement Form. |
| Additional Fundraising or Donations | Any Monetary Fundraising ABOVE Mandatory Minimum Requirements. For every $20 raised, 1 Service hour will be credited. Any donation beyond Minimum Requirements = 1 hour per donation. *must be accompanied by an Exchange Agreement Form. |
All donations or services without appropriate forms will be considered in kind.
If your family has an extended adult Family Member who would like to participate toward your family’s service hour requirement, please register them with the school administration.
Other special arrangements must be discussed with Dr. Lisa Harris, Principal.
Please turn in your Service Hour Sheet Quarterly for proper Credit.

No Service Hour Credit will be given for the following Minimum Participating Family requirements:
- Columbus Day Bazaar Fee
- Columbus Day Raffle Tickets
- Columbus Day Booth Donations
- Fall Fundraiser – Chocolate or Gift Wrap Sale
- Spring Fundraiser
- Spring Silent Auction Donation
- Spring Walk-a-Thon Minimum Pledge
Every Participating Family must have a Service Record Sheet on file. Two parent families are responsible for 30 Service Hours, 8 of which must be fulfilled at the Columbus Day Bazaar. Single parent families are responsible for 15 Service Hours, 4.5 of which must be fulfilled at the Columbus Day Bazaar. If no sheet is received, Service Hours will be recorded as "ZERO" and be considered non-compliant. Any unfulfilled requirements or non payment of fees will result in placement to the Non-Participation Category effective immediately.
